About this Event
At our next Community of Practice event, we will focus on interdisciplinary Knowledge Transfer Partnership projects (KTP's) and take a closer look at our strategic theme Sport & Healthy Communities.
This session will showcase how cross-disciplinary collaboration can drive innovation, address real-world challenges, and create meaningful impact.
You will hear from:
- Prof. Jim Morgan and Prof. Grigorios Antoniou, who are collaborating on a KTP with IC24. Their project brings together AI and psychological research to develop and embed a stress management solution for NHS 111 call handlers.
- Dr Helena Last, who will provide an overview of the In-Path project, followed by John Kirkby, who will explain more about Carnegie Innovations, the new Sport Health Tech Incubator based at Headingley Campus.
Interactive Session
The event will also include an interactive session where we will:
- Explore how we can identify potential partners
- Look more deeply at the opportunities and challenges they face
- Consider how we can position ourselves to support them effectively
This is an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to shaping future interdisciplinary KTP activity.
