Welcome to the monthly pinball tournament at Kristiania Flipperselskap, which is an official Stern Army Event and also earning you points for the Norwegian championship rankings!Check standings and upcoming tournaments at: ifpa.no
Note:
Players will only be added to the tournament when they are physically present.
We have made som minor changes to the format, to adjust abit to the new WPPR rules, but we will not be able to reach 200 % in this timeframe so dont expect that. Still we aim at ending at 23.30.
Fomats might change up until tournament start as we await some clarifications.

Qualifications:
12 rounds of group matchplay.
(14 rounds if 8-11 players)
Playoffs:

if 16+ players:
Semifinals:
Top 8 advance to semifinals, two groups play 4 matches. Top two from each group advance to the finals.
Finals:
4 player group on four machines.
The top seed in the group chooses two machines,then each player their machine. points 7-5-3-1

If 12+ players:
Semifinals:
Top 6 advance to semifinals. Two groups play five machines. Top two from each group advance to the final.
Finals:
4 player group on five machines.
The top seed in the group chooses two machines,then second seed chooses two then the last player choose one. points 7-5-3-1

If 8+ players:
Semifinals:
Top 4 advance to semifinals, Best of 5 head to head matches. Banks are set up with machines in a specific order. Top seed choses bank, low seed chooses position on first game. From there, the winner choose position on the following machine.
Finals:
Top 2 plays head to head best of 5 games. Each player chooses a bank and the low seed position on first game. then winner chooses position.
points 7-5-3-1

Tie Break:
Automatic tiebreaks for positions except if it is for getting into the playoffs.
