Autumn Series September 18 to October 30The class begins with a centering meditation practice (breathing), pranayama exercises, and gentle stretches, followed by (movement/poses) asana practice (on the mat and standing), and ending with final relaxation.
Petra's Thursday midday Kripalu Yoga-based class combines stillness and movement. In this class, you will gently and safely move your body from the mat/floor to standing.
The series consists of 7 sessions for $100, or a drop-in rate of $20.
