In three hours, you’ll develop practical, pressure-tested skills for situations where the odds aren’t in your favor.
Positioning & Movement. Learn to read a scene fast, identify the biggest threat first, and keep your feet under you when everything is happening at once.
Armed & Unarmed Assault Scenarios. What changes when weapons are involved, and how to adjust your response without freezing.
Creating Escape Opportunities. The goal isn’t to win a fight against three people. It’s to survive it and get out. You’ll train to think that way under real pressure.
Awareness & Decision-Making.This is where most people fall apart. You’ll train the mental side of the scenario, not just the physical.
