Unleash your inner minx in this slow and sensual heels workshop that fuses pole dance choreography with floorwork and shirt removal.
Designed to help you connect deeply with the music, your movement, and your body, this session is all about confidence, expression, and feminine power.
Bring your heels, knee pads, and a button-up shirt to strip away in style.
Dress in whatever makes you feel sexy — from sultry lingerie to a simple bodysuit — and don’t forget your hair and makeup to step fully into your alter ego.
If you’re curious about exploring looks like stockings or thongs but want a little coverage, skin-toned tights are your perfect base layer for that “bare but bold” vibe.

All levels are welcome to attend as long as you have at least 6 lessons of pole experience and have a knowledge of basic grips and movements. You are welcome to dance in Pole heels if you already have heels experience or barefoot.
