Info: Geraldine Stafford is the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Waterloo Regional Police Service. She is the Festival Director, Caribana Ignite Kitchener; in 2026 Geraldine was awarded the Michael R. Follett Community Leader Award by the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce. Her professional journey reflects her deep commitment to creating spaces where every voice is valued and every story is acknowledged. Yet, among all the roles she holds, the one she treasures most is being a mom. Motherhood has shaped her perspective, strengthened her purpose, and continues to inspire the way she shows up for others every day. Her story is one of resilience, love, and an unwavering belief in the power of owning your own story. The gift of motherhood—in all its forms—is a powerful vote of confidence in the truth that your story matters.
