The Newlands Paparangi Horse Riding Society (in Glenside) are throwing an historic birthday party for our pack leader 'Tahi. He is turning 17 or Armistice Day and to celebrate we are hosting this free public event with Pony petting, activities for world peace, old fashioned games, and face-painting.Limited mobility parks and room for passenger and picnic basket drop off at the Halfway house, otherwise plenty of parking available at Booths Transport logistics at 196 Middleton Road.
Pre-order and pre-pay sausages (GF, vegan or halal and standard options avail). Pre-orders close noon the day prior to event (Sat 8 Nov).
We are fundraising for the Purple Poppy Appeal, which honours animals in service past and present for an honorary plaque proposed for Grasslees Reserve in Tawa. Chocolate and drinks will be available for purchase as well as Purple poppy crafts. Bring coins/cash to koha.
