Join us for a hands-on cooking class that brings together some of Korea’s most beloved flavors, beginning with Bo Ssam pork lettuce wraps and finishing with the iconic Bibimbap. You’ll learn how to prepare its signature components -crisp vegetables, mushrooms, over-easy egg, and punchy condiments served over fluffy white rice and topped with a vibrant, tangy gochujang sauce, learning how to balance heat, sweetness, and savoriness to elevate both the bibimbap and Bo Ssam.To round out the menu, we’ll prepare a refreshing Korean coleslaw, bright with sesame, acidity, and a hint of spice - the perfect crunchy side to balance the richness of the meal.
