A celebration of community, connection, and collective wellbeing.The Kootenay Wellness Festival returns in June 2026 for a multi-generational weekend of holistic wellness, embodied learning, and meaningful connection, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Slocan Valley, on Sinixt təmxʷúlaʔxʷ.
Rooted in community care and accessibility, this family-friendly wellness festival brings together some of the region’s most thoughtful practitioners, facilitators, artists, and musicians for an intentionally designed spring reset before the fullness of summer begins.

• Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra
• Breathwork, QiGong, and somatic therapy
• Nervous system regulation and embodied healing practices
• Circling and sacred relating workshops

Family-Friendly & Community-Centered //
Youth, children, elders, and adults are all welcome. We believe wellness is something we practice together, and that intergenerational spaces create richer, more resilient communities.
Discounted tickets are available for youth and elders, children 12 and under attend for free, and family passes are available to make attending together more accessible.
Tickets & Payment Plans //
Bring-a-Friend packages and installment payment options are available to make attending more affordable. You can secure your spot with a deposit and spread the remaining balance over time.
A limited number of low-income community passes are also available—please reach out to us to request an application.
