Howard County Deputy Sheriff Carl Allen Koontz paid the ultimate sacrifice on March 20th, 2016 serving search warrants in Russiaville, Indiana. We will be conducting a workout in his name and legacy to honor his sacrifice to our community. This workout is free and open to the public. Any and all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to participate on this day.
