Ever wondered how to make your own kombucha?
In this workshop, I'll teach you everything you need to know to go away confidently and make your very own kombucha. If you've been buying kombucha from the supermarket or from artisan makers, you'll know it can be very expensive. Well, once you know how to make your own, you can have an endless supply, of any flavour you like!
We'll also be looking into why you'd want to make and drink kombucha. Hint - it's all to do with gut health and those all important microbes that live in your gut - commonly referred to as the microbiome.
We'll be gathering together at the beautiful Hannah Fields garden. Don't worry about the weather - we'll be warm and toasty in a lovely cabin with a log fire. What could be better?
