Curious about brewing your own kombucha at home? This free, hands-on educational class will walk you step-by-step through the entire process — from sweet tea to perfectly fizzy fermentation.
The workshop will be led by our very own club award-winning kombucha maker, Chelsea Mohlenbrock, who will share her expertise, tips, and favorite techniques for crafting delicious, balanced brews.
What to Expect:
- A simple, step-by-step breakdown of the kombucha brewing process
- Tastings of kombucha at different stages of fermentation
- Your very own starter SCOBY to take home so you can start brewing right away
Kombucha is a sweet/tart sparkling fermented beverage made from sweetened tea and fermented yeast and bacteria. Kombucha is simple yet fun to make and rich in probiotics and antioxidants, often consumed for digestive health and potential immune system support.
Since Chelsea has graciously chosen to host the class at her home, seating is very limited. Please reserve your free seat on Eventbrite.
