Evening Schedule
We will begin the evening by coming together for a sacred cacao ceremony facilitated by Lindsey. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart, elevate mood and expand consciousness. We will also utilize the healing power of the Blue Lotus flower to open the crown chakra allowing us to receive the medicine and messages of these beautiful plant medicines.
Before drinking the cacao we will encourage you to set an intention for healing to help guide the intuitive wisdom of the plants.
After our Cacao Ceremony, Kourtney will take us on a transformative journey with a Group Spinal Energetics session. Group Spinal Energetics is an experience that must be felt! Everyone has their own experience, although it is elevated by the “Kollective” energy in the room. You will be immersed with vibration, sounds, scents, and support throughout your experience. Monica and Lindsey will be supporting Kourtney with hands on Reiki to help move and transmute any heavy emotions or stagnant energy that may be causing dissonance in the body. At the conclusion of the group spinal session, Monica will take us on a beautiful musical journey of high vibrational sounds and frequencies using a variety of Crystal, singing bowls, chimes, and a gong.
Once the group session has come to an end, Kourtney will gently guide us back into our bodies. You will have an opportunity to share your experience, if you are feeling called to do so.
What is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics is a new somatic modality used to release stress, trauma, grief, and old stories that may be stored in the physical body and keeping you unconsciously stuck. It is designed to balance your nervous system by accessing your physical body and energetic field. All you have to do is lay comfortably and breathe. Your body will guide you. It improves clarity and connection to your body, heart, soul & purpose. This modality harnesses a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves. The cost to attend this event is $150.00. The fee must be paid to hold your spot. Due to limited availability, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations.
