Yuko teaches slow, grounding and breath-focused yoga —
suitable for beginners and experienced students.
As a Japanese yoga teacher, yoga has supported her physically and mentally
through many stages of life, especially during winter.
She hopes to share that sense of calm and wellbeing with your loved ones too.
