Natasha is an educator and has recently published her book ‘O Leilani ma lona faleoloa- Leilani’s shop’. The book reflects her cultural identity and emphasised the importance of valuing and embracing responsive, reciprocal and respectful communication in families. She is dedicated to facilitating teachers of Samoan Early Childhood Education in Aotearoa, driven by her passion for recognising Samoan pedagogies and philosophical knowledge as vital foundations of our gagana, our taonga, our measina. “A leai se gagana, ua po le nuu”.
