🗓️ Sunday, March 15th, 2026
🕒 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Join local artist Jackson Carey inside one of Allan Gardens’ historic greenhouses for a hands-on workshop where we will create kokedama, spheres of live moss planted with lush foliage.
Each participant will create two kokedama: one larger planted sphere and one smaller, moss covered accent piece, allowing us to explore two distinct techniques. You will also receive a stainless steel vessel filled with crushed volcanic rock to beautifully display your kokedama. We will also explore the possibilitiy of hanging kokedama!
All materials are provided, along with warm herbal tea to enjoy as you build, connect with nature, tap into your creative side and celebrate the approach of spring!
