KnoxCAM Presents “Set Free” at The Jackson TheatreThe Jackson Theatre will host a special community event on Saturday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m., featuring a performance by Knoxville Christian Arts Ministries (KnoxCAM). Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and seating will be first come, first served.
KnoxCAM will present Set Free, a performance centered on themes of hope, redemption, and transformation.
The performance tells the story of Alexander:
Alexander served honorably in the military but returns home to find that he has lost everything. He is desperate...and then a stranger shows up, claiming to know the “truth” and working “miracles”. Are his claims genuine? Can Alexander really be freed from his life of hatred and despair.
This event also serves as a community outreach effort in support of the JAMA Food Pantry. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item, which will be collected at the theatre and donated locally.
KnoxCAM is a large performing arts ministry known for bringing productions to a wide range of audiences, including community venues and outreach programs. Their mission is to share messages of hope through music and storytelling beyond traditional church settings.
The event is free and open to the public. No tickets or reservations are required.
