The Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce invites the business community and the public to its upcoming Speaker Series luncheon featuring a moderated forum with three participating Knox County mayoral candidates. As the county prepares to elect a leader responsible for more than half a million residents and a budget exceeding $1.1 billion, the forum offers attendees an opportunity to hear directly from those seeking the office.
The discussion will be moderated by Bill Lyons, professor emeritus of political science at the University of Tennessee’s Baker School of Public Policy and Public Affairs. A former chief policy officer for the City of Knoxville, Lyons brings extensive experience in public policy, American politics, and voting behavior to the conversation.
Participating Candidates to date are:
➡️ Betsy Henderson – Knox County Board of Education Chair, District 6
➡️ Kim Frazier – Knox County Commission, At Large, Seat 11 (Vice Chair 2025-26)
➡️ Larsen Jay – Knox County Commission, At Large, Seat 10
➡️ Beau Hawk – President, Knoxville-Oak Ridge Central Labor Council
