Confidence in negotiations isn’t luck - it’s preparation. This live, interactive workshop is designed to empower women to recognize their value, communicate it clearly, and negotiate with confidence - whether for salary, fees, or rates in their own business.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about what to ask for, how to ask for it, or worried about coming across as “too much,” this workshop is for you.
This workshop is for you if you:
- Want to negotiate your salary but aren’t sure what amount is realistic or how to phrase it confidently
- Hesitate to ask for a raise or promotion despite deserving it
- Struggle with pricing your services as an entrepreneur or freelancer
- Tend to undervalue your skills, experience, or results
You will learn how to:
- Define and communicate your value with confidence
- Set prices that reflect your expertise and experience
- Ask for what you deserve without guilt or self-doubt
- Respond calmly and confidently to objections
