About this Event
Know Your Rights Training with ElevAsian & WAAVE
Join us for a Know Your Rights training for Asian American community members. At a time when many in our communities are feeling fear, uncertainty, or isolation, access to clear and trusted information matters. Asian Americans are often overlooked in immigration and community safety conversations, even though many of our families are directly impacted. This training will help participants better understand their rights, ask questions in a supportive space, and leave with practical information they can carry into everyday life.
Hosted by Wisconsin Asian Americans Voices for Empowerment (WAAVE)and ElevAsian, this training is a chance to come together, learn about your rights, and find simple ways to stay connected and support Asian American communities. WAAVE is a new nonprofit building Asian American power through community and action. This event is supported by Asian Americans Advancing Justice Chicago.
We will also share opportunities for connection, support, and shared Action
