Know Your Rights as a Renter in Pennsylvania
Info: This presentation will cover Fair Housing law protections including reasonable accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities, lease terms, the Implied Warranty of Habitability, how to address issues with repairs, security deposits, your right to quiet enjoyment of the leased premises, avoiding eviction and the eviction process. Participants will be able to ask questions and will be provided with a copy of Know Your Rights as a Renter in Pennsylvania, a comprehensive manual covering Fair Housing Law and Pennsylvania Landlord-Tenant Law.
