- On-site Wayne Health Mobile Unit offering free health screenings
- Free health resources and information

- Family-friendly games to keep the fun going
- FREE food while supplies last!
The Wayne Health Mobile Unit will offer these services for free:
- Blood Pressure Screening
- General Health Screenings: Diabetes, Cholesterol, Kidney Function
- Standard Influenza Vaccine (5+); Moderna COVID-19 vaccination (12+) *Subject to availability. We bill health insurance for vaccines. There is no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.
- Appointments not required
- Parental/Guardian authorization is required for any individuals under the age of 18 for all services outside of HIV Screening (13 years and up).
Other Services that may be available:
- HIV testing (13+ years old, results within 20 minutes)
- Linkage to care and community resources
