Rashida Muhammed Nasiru Tugga, granddaughter of the esteemed Late Alhaji Nasiru Tugga from Banganje, is a Political Science student at ABU Zaria. Hailing from the Kalkunji clan, Rashida is a brilliant and outspoken member of various student unions, including the Tangale Students Union, Tangale Waja Students Union, and Gombe State Students Union. Despite living much of her life outside Tangale land, she passionately identifies with and promotes Tangale culture and heritage.Rashida’s remarkable efforts shone at the recent cultural carnival at ABU Zaria, making the Banganje community, Tangale Nation, Gombe State, and Nigeria proud for her contributions to showcasing African culture.
