KNOW ME File – What Is It?
The KNOW ME File program began about a year and a half ago after a 911 Emergency Communications Officer saw a similar program implemented in Ada County and recognized the need for one in our area. The KNOW ME File is designed to improve how first responders assist individuals with cognitive, developmental, behavioral, physical, medical, or communication-related challenges during emergency situations. Participation in the program is completely voluntary, and individuals may update or withdraw their information at any time.
