Know + Go is a monthly empowerment series designed to help women step into their confidence, build real-world skills, and connect in community. Every first Monday, we explore a new theme to help you know your power and go out fearlessly.

This month, we're teaming up with — a personal safety brand redefining how women move through the world. ✨ The incredible females behind Safely will be teaching you how to use pepper spray effectively and safely (with a fun twist). Come for hands on training, learn about other self defense products, check out their different products to add to your day to day and meet some new friends. Snacks provided by Tru Fru, mocktails, mingling, and more provided by Swift Fit Events! More details on who our additional featured self defense demo provider will be, so snag a friend, RSVP, and we will see you there!
