This Valentine’s season, slow down and explore connection, trust, and playful intimacy with your partner or playmate.

Knotted in Love is a guided, beginner-friendly rope experience for couples curious about deepening connection through intentional touch, clear communication, and embodied presence.

No prior rope experience is required — only an openness to explore together.

This experience is rooted in choice, curiosity, and care, creating space for couples to learn, laugh, and connect in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Couples will be guided through:

• Consent & communication primer
• Rope safety & fundamental ties
• Partnered practices centered on trust, presence, and connection
• Grounding & integration close to bring the experience full circle

• Light refreshments
• A curated selection of novelty ropes*
• A thoughtfully facilitated experience presented by The Sacred Grid

* Novelty ropes are offered to support comfort, curiosity, and connection, and are intended for playful, beginner-friendly exploration rather than intense rope work.

• Goodie bags available for purchase, featuring intimate and intentional items to extend the experience beyond the evening

• Early Registration: $95 per couple
• Regular Registration: $125 per couple

This event is presented by The Sacred Grid and hosted at Coach Kay’s venue.

To support safety, clarity, and mutual respect, all participants are required to complete a consent form after registering. The form helps set shared expectations around communication, boundaries, and participation for this experience.
