Supply List:
· Size 8 knitting needles
· #4 Medium weight yarn
Learning Objectives:
· Proper technique for holding needles and yarn
· Learning knitting language
· Basic knitting stitches
ArtLink can provide knitting needles, and we can also provide yarn if needed, but quantities and colors are limited. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own knitting needles—a size 8 needle is recommended for beginners. If you bring your own yarn, please choose a #4 medium-weight yarn. Solid-colored yarns are preferred to help you clearly see your stitches as you learn.
