Knife Skills

A Knife Skills class at the Tuscan Market where you will learn proper knife safety, grip, and positioning to improve your skills at home. Guests will participate in the preparation of a tasting, while the Chef demonstrates techniques at the end of the class. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase.
