Join Jasper, graduate of Cambridge Culinary School, and one of Clover's most experienced Chefs, for a Knife Skills 101 Class! The key to cooking more at home? Learning how to wield a knife. In this basic class you’ll learn how to hold a knife, how to cut without hurting yourself, and how to vary your cuts based on what you plan to cook. This hands-on class will focus on vegetables like garlic, onions, eggplant, tomatoes, but there will be time to ask questions about other kinds of items you'd like to cook at home.
