Knee Pain Relief boot camp-4 weeks

The knee is a highly mobile joint that is reactive to the demands from the muscles above and below it and this is often the origin of knee pain that limits participation in the things we want and need to do. The knee pain relief boot camp will teach you how to release the chronic muscle tension in; and activate the surrounding muscles involved in proper knee function.

Boot camp details:

· 4-week series

· We meet once each week at 60 minutes per session

· Sessions are from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm on the following dates:

Saturday 7/20/24

Saturday 7/27/24

· $100 for the series of 4

· Bring a yoga mat, dress comfortably, and prepare to be shoeless.

· Cancellation of series allowed up to 24 hours before the start of the initial session of the boot camp. I am covering the ticketing fees for your purchase but you will cover the Eventbrite fees to refund your purchase if you cancel.
