About this Event
This Winter season we will offer a QiGong and Sacred Center class - with each class rotating every other week.
Our community classes are a space to slow down, come together, and pursue presence. A gathering that encourages us to explore, move, breathe, and belong.
QIGONG with Aliena
Experience the healing flow of QiGong; this mindful movement practice cultivates energy, relaxation, and harmony. Qi gong is an ancient Chinese movement practice designed to awaken our vital life force energy (qi) through breath, movement, and intention. It is considered an internal martial art that refines and unifies the mind, body, and spirit. In this class, you can expect gentle, slow-moving exercises that combine physical postures, deep breathing, focused intention, and visualization.
SACRED CENTER with Daniel and River
A meditative exploration through visualization and somatic practices to feel harmonized and alive in one's body. With a focus on creative empowerment and finding your way back to yourself. No experience necessary.
Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and come with an open mind.
Following, all are welcome to gather at Selah Lounge for intentional conversation and integration with tea, specialty drinks, and light bites available for purchase.
