About this Event

Our community classes are a space to slow down, come together, and pursue presence. A gathering that encourages us to explore, move, breathe, and belong.

As Klā continues to grow, we will be welcoming a variety of guides from our extended community—our community friends—to share complimentary classes in the Sanctuary. While each class offers space to explore a different somatic-based practice, all share a common intention: bringing people together through simple, supportive guided offerings that encourage presence and connection.
We value the time, care, and experience each community friend brings. Their classes help guests start their day with intention, support overall wellbeing and awareness, and contribute to a nourishing atmosphere within the bathhouse—one that can be felt beyond the time spent in practice

Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and come with an open mind.

Following, all are welcome to gather at Selah Lounge for intentional conversation and integration with tea, specialty drinks, and light bites available for purchase.

Selah Lounge is brewing a special, seasonally supportive tea that will be available for purchase after Community Classes, from 11am to 1pm.
