KKRU Pilates Studio & Wellness: Pop-Up Classes

We’re opening our doors early — and we want you to be part of the first movement.

This August, KKRU is hosting a series of pop-up classes before the grand opening of our new Pilates and wellness studio in the heart of the Atlanta West End. These special sessions will offer a teaser of our signature class experiences — including Classical Mat Pilates, Full Body Sculpt, and Yoga Flow — and will give you a feel for the intentional, empowering energy we’re building within the KKRU space.

Each class will close with a community circle, where you’ll get to connect with our team and fellow participants. This is your moment to ask questions, share feedback, and learn more about our mission, founder memberships, and introductory offers available only during this soft launch phase.

Whether you’re a first-timer or a movement lover, these pop-ups are an open invitation to move, explore, and grow with us. Come feel what KKRU is all about and discover new ways to Keep Reaching Up.

• Classical Mat Pilates at 10:00 am (30-minute class + 15-minute Q&A)
• Full Body Sculpt at 11:00 am (30-minute class + 15-minute Q&A)

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13th

• Power Vinyasa at 7:00 am (45-minute class + 15-minute Q&A)
• Power Vinyasa at 5:30 pm (45-minute classes + 15-minute Q&A)

SATURDAY, AUGUST 16th

• Classical Mat Pilates at 10:00 am (30-minute class + 15-minute Q&A)
• Full Body Sculpt at 11:00 am (30-minute class + 15-minute Q&A)

SUNDAY, AUGUST 17th

• Restorative Yoga at 3:00 pm (60-minute class with guest master teacher!)
• Open House at 4:00 pm (Q&A, DJ Wess, Refreshments)
