Join us for a calming Sister Moon Breathwork Group Session to mark International Women’s Day. Guided by this year’s theme “Balance the Scales,” this gathering is a warm invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and gently restore a sense of balance in body and mind before the week ahead.
You’ll be held in a kind, supportive space where you can simply relax, let go, and reconnect with yourself through breath.
