We've been offered an opportunity to dance at the Firefly Festival. If it is like last year, we will get approximately 30 minutes in between bands to perform. FULL DISCLOSURE, it is in the grass. (Unless they put us somewhere else)I would LOVE a BIG turnout. All the dances will be BEGINNER friendly (unless the only people that RSVP are advanced dancers. Then I will choose different ones) As of right now, we will dance:
Hoedown (also our Flashmob dance)
Stomp 2,3,4
Spicy Margarita AB
Alligator Smile
All OUR instructors will teach these dances over the next few months. PLENTY of time to learn them AND learn the WELL. 😍
We still need a few more. Any suggestions? I asked before and no one has suggested anything. I can easily choose dances for us, but it's not just about me. 😉
I would love to have a big group at this event, so if you are in town and want to participate, please RSVP YES/GOING. Please do not choose INTERESTED. (double click and it gives you the "going" option. I want a definite headcount.
We have not been given a time slot. I put 11:00 because that is when the festival starts. It is not when we will be dancing. I will let everyone know once I have been given our time.
