Kitty Karma Yoga is a fundraising project created by yoga teacher and cat mom, Suzi King, serving the Northeast Kansas area since 2016. In the yogic tradition, this is called an act of Seva.
This unique class allows yoga participants to engage with adoptable, rescue cats & kittens during a vinyasa yoga flow.
Participants are encouraged to flow as much or as little as they desire, while adoptable cats roam freely through the space.
Classes are family friendly and all levels of yoga experience are welcomed. Everyone 5 years and older requires registration. Little family members must be able to quietly stay seated on a yoga mat during the asana practice, they do not have to follow the flow.
Kitty Karma Yoga Classes at YBY support Team Kitten. (Class taught in a non-heated room. We do our best to cool it down quickly).

Registration is a sliding-scale; 100% of registration and donations brought to Yellow Brick Yoga are donated to Team Kitten. - Studio Host, Yellow Brick Yoga, and Kitty Karma Instructor, Suzi, operate as a donation. Tips welcome.
Yoga Asana Class is 1:30-2:30pm registration required, with an adoption hour from 2:30-3:30pm no registration required-come and go style.
