Come join us for a purrfectly relaxing experience — yoga surrounded by playful kittens 🐾

At Kitten Yoga For A Cause, you’ll move through a gentle, all-levels yoga class while adoptable kittens from Happy Paws Kitten Rescue roam, play, and (most likely) climb all over you.

It’s lighthearted, fun, and a chance to slow down, laugh, and connect — with yourself and some very adorable company.

No yoga experience needed. Just come ready to move, smile, and enjoy the moment.

This event is more than just a fun class.

All proceeds benefit the Nomar & Mia Compassion Fund at the University of Tennessee Veterinary Hospital, which helps provide emergency care for pets whose families can’t afford treatment.

This fund was created in honor of my two cats, Mia and Nomar, and helps keep pets with the people who love them.

Kittens will be provided by Happy Paws Kitten Rescue, a local Knoxville organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming kittens in need.

Some may be available for adoption.

$30 donation (+ Eventbrite fees)

Spots are limited to just 20 participants to keep the experience relaxed and interactive.
