Join us for a relaxing and joy-filled Kitten Yoga session on Friday, June 12, from 4:30 - 5:30 PM at the Dunn Community Center Lower Level! Hosted by Friends of the ARL and guided by Yoga Instructor and Occupational Therapist Liz Bentz of OTherapYoga @Elizabeth Kocher-Bentz (https://www.facebook.com/elizabeth.kocher.bentz), this beginner-friendly class combines gentle movement, mindfulness, and plenty of kitten love. It’s the perfect way to unwind, stretch, and spend time with adorable kittens!
