Kittan Lodge is hosting its Second Annual Lodge Winter Banquet on January 3, 2025 at the Saratoga Holiday Inn. We will have our trading post, a live and silent patch auction, guest speakers, presentation of lodge recognitions, and installation of the 2026 Lodge Officers. We want to invite not only our lodge members but all Twin Rivers Council Scouts, Scouters, and families. Our Brothers from Sections E20, E15 and their families are welcome too!
This will also be the opportunity to celebrate the Vigil Class of 2025 as it will be the first opportunity to have all 14 together at the same time.
Doors open at 4:30pm and dinner will start at 5. The dinner will be served buffet style and we will be seated at round tables of eight. Families, that register together, will be seated together. Youth, under 21 for OA program, pricing is $20/person. Adult, 21 and older, pricing is $35/person. All registrations include a special event patch!
We must have our attendance numbers turned in to the venue by Monday December 29, 2025 so registration closes on December 28 at midnight. There will be no late registrations. Standard Twin Rivers Council registration pricing policy applies, event fee increases 50% two weeks before the event.
For those that are interested, a block of rooms have been made available at a special rate to stay at the hotel Saturday night. The rate is $109/room for a room with a king or two double beds. Rates are quoted per room per night, based on single or double occupancy, and do not include applicable taxes, currently 13% (subject to change). It is our understanding that Kittan guests will be responsible for making their own reservations. They may do so by calling (518) 584-4550 or using a hotel-provided booking link with the Group Code KLS. Reservations will be accepted until 12/04/2025. After this date, the unused portion of the block of rooms will be released back into general inventory. Any additional reservation request(s) received after this date will be subject to room and rate availability. All individuals are on their own for room, tax and incidentals.
