Kitchen Table (2024)

Kitchen Table is a series centered around poetry and literature, food and drink, and culture and politics. The core of the series are the questions: What feeds your body? What feeds your mind? Writers share their work and have conversations with a food journalist and the audience as we all share local food or drink.

Directions

• Take BART (Blue, Yellow, Green or Red Line) to 16th Street Station and walk west on 16th for a block and then turn left on Valencia St, follow it down for about 4 blocks and the center will be on your right.
• Drive, and your best bet will be the 16th & Hoff garage... otherwise, good luck with finding street parking...
• Take the #14 / 14R MUNI Bus to Mission & 20th St, head north on Mission St. and turn left onto 20th St for one block, and then turn right onto Valencia, and you'll see the Pirate store within half of a block.
