Food preparation and meal planning is challenging and exciting. As Christians, we have the added challenge of being wise stewards of the food resources available to us and of the finances for obtaining them.
We will be going over how to safely prepare food from cleanliness, proper usage of kitchen utensils and appliances as well as temperature.
The girls will be given a recipe to follow for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies to put into practice the kitchen safety they have learned and to learn how to read a recipe.
