Nous chanterons et danserons pendant six heures. Joignez-vous à nous pour un après-midi de bonheur et de joie consacré à la méditation transcendantale. Il y aura aussi un délicieux festin végétalien de Prasādam (nourriture bénie)!

Qu'est-ce que le kirtan?
Kirtan est chanter pour le Divin, avec émotion. Ce chant a un effet bénin sur les corps physiques et subtils. C'est un excellent moyen d'apaiser les nerfs et d'orienter les émotions vers un objectif positif. Kirtan fond le coeur et l'harmonie. Le chant du sanscrit kirtan, même effectué mécaniquement, produit certains effets. Lorsque vous avez terminé avec dévotion, avec un cœur ouvert, et avec la conscience de la signification, ses avantages sont incommensurables.
Kirtan est le moyen le plus facile de méditer. C'est la pratique principale du bhakti yoga (yoga de l'amour et de la dévotion). Bhakti est le chemin le plus rapide, le plus facile, et le plus sûr. Il est inoffensif, autorisé, recommandé, pratique, direct, et gratuit.

What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is singing to the Divine, with feeling. Such singing has a benign effect on both the physical and subtle bodies. It is an excellent method of soothing the nerves and directing the emotions to a positive goal. Kirtan melts the heart, fills the mind with purity and generates harmony and Divine love. The chanting of Sanskrit kirtan, even when mechanically done, produces certain effects. When done with devotion, an open heart, and awareness of the meaning, its benefits are immeasurable.
Kirtan is the easiest way to meditate. It is the main practice in Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of love and devotion). Bhakti is the fastest, easiest, safest, and surest path. It is harmless, authorized, recommended, practical, direct, and free.
