We begin by gently relaxing the body and mind with:
- Simple Gauranga breathing exercises
- Japa meditation using mala beads
- Nourishing reflections and Food For Thought for the heart and soul
From there, allow the joy of music, mantra, and movement to uplift your spirit in a vibrant and deeply healing Kirtan experience. Open to all, this gathering invites relaxation, renewal, and meaningful community connection—a true “spiritual happy hour” where music meets meditation and hearts meet harmony.
