Kirtananda means the bliss of chanting!Chanting divine mantras has the power to transform us.
When we tune In to our breath & our pure intention, and give energy to this through sound, we open a doorway to healing and to an expansive joy.
The best way to experience this is by simply doing it.
We chant mostly Sanskrit mantras, simple and repetitive, accompanied by the sublime sounds of the harmonium, and the rhythm of the drum & guitar.
If you're reluctant to sing, it's totally ok to sit & receive the energy, or even just hum.
With repetition it becomes natural to pick up on the words and chant along.
Bring what you need to sit comfortably on a wooden floor, or there are some chairs available if you prefer.
Bring your water bottle.
Delicious medicinal chai provided. (vegan, caffeine free )
$20 cash at the door.
Come 6.15pm to settle in for a 6.30pm start.
