What’s unfolding
Imagine golden‑hour light, bare feet in cool grass, and a circle of voices weaving ancient mantra with uplifting original songs. Madison and VJ of Velvet Om invite you to gather for an outdoor Kirtan & Song Ceremony that nourishes heart, body, and spirit. Between chants, we’ll sip warming chai, watch the stars appear, and let the music carry us inward.
Our honoured guests
We’re thrilled to be joined by Shell Andréa & Anton Aguiar, a devoted Bhakti duo pausing in Toronto on their journey to serve at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas.
Shell is a longtime sādhakī and Yoga educator whose offerings—from teacher trainings to mantra meditation—radiate Love, Freedom, and Bliss.
Anton is a gifted musician and Kirtan leader whose steady drumbeats and down‑to‑earth humour make mantra practice feel both grounding and joyful.
Together they have shared Kirtan across Canada since 2017 under the blessing of their teacher Sri Prasad Rangnekar of Mumbai, guiding communities into the calm mind and full heart that mantra evokes. Their presence turns this gathering into a truly rare treat.
