The annual Farm to Fork in East Gwillimbury is a FREE one-day annual event that takes place on Saturday, October 4, 2025!
Begin your self-guided tour at the Sharon Museum and Gardens (18974 Leslie Street, Sharon, Ont.), where you can check in, grab your route map, and pick up a complimentary thermo-tote for your group (limited quantities, only while supplies last). Then hit the road and explore these amazing farms at your own pace!
Although Farm to Fork overall runs from 9 am – 5 pm, the participating farms and locations may have hours that differ from this. Hours for each will be included on the map you receive at the Sharon Museum and Gardens.
