Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center presents:
KIRTAN AND GONGBATH
You're invited to join Mindy Arbuckle and Jere Friedman for uplifting singing and chanting in the ancient Indian traditional chanting form known as “kirtan,” an act of praising and glorifying divinity. Kirtan enlightens our body and soul and takes us to a delightful, expanded sense of being and awareness. Handouts with the words will be provided so you can easily join in.
Then, ride that energy to inner peace and wholeness as you allow the power of the GONG VORTEX to envelop your body, mind, and spirit in healing and energizing vibrations. Take your own personal journey to a deep level of rejuvenation, re-energization, and reconnection with your Authentic Self.

Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in the Redlands area of Grand Junction. Address provided upon registration.
- Doors open at 6:00. Please arrive before 6:00 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 6:30.
- Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.
WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.
BRING:
- A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
- Drums, shakers, rattles, tambourines, etc. ALL JOIN IN!
