Harmonic Glowing presents the Kirkland Sound Gals for our monthly sound bath meditations at our new location at Studio East Theater! We started this series in summer 2025 and after a successful run in our intimate office space have graduated to a larger location to accommodate more of you lovely friends!
Join us for a relaxing and restorative soundscape journey into your own mind designed to ease you into a soothing meditation. You'll hear and feel the soft sounds and deep vibrations of gentle gongs, bronze and crystal bowls, chimes, harmonizing vocals, and various other instruments as they wash over your body, lulling your mind into a state of restorative meditation. Feel your cares dissipate as your body releases built up stress and tension and you melt away. No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and refrain from caffiene prior to event.
Join Cinsy and Kat, the Kirkland Sound Gals, as we bring you the next chapters of our sound meditation journeys at our new venue, Studio East Theater, located right in the Houghton neighborhood of Kirkland!
Cinsy and Kat are both professionally trained sound and vibrational practitioners as well as meditation teachers. They are certified in traditional Himalayan sound techniques from the accredited Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School in Boulder, CO.
These elevated soundscape sessions include a brief introduction on the theme and intentions for each month's soundscape journey, personal eye mask, bespoke essential oil scent blend, a soothing and therapeutic vibrational sound concert, and community time afterward for hot tea, chocolate, and optional group sharing.
Meditation sound baths are a great way to release chronic stress, anxiety and physical tension by regulating the autonomic nervous system. They also help you get in touch with your inner self and unlock messaging from your subconscious mind. There is no exercise or large movement involved in these sessions.
Please wear comfortable clothes, refrain from caffiene prior and bring a water bottle to drink and any additional comfort items you desire.
NOTE A successful nervous system switch from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest" often comes with a sudden chill of the body. For this reason, we highly suggest bringing a cozy blanket from home. You may also wish to bring other comfort items such as pillows for head, knee or lumbar support.
SEATING TYPES
VIP Gravity Chair - These are reclining loungers which allow you to lay back and relax while balancing your body weight to relieve pressure on your back, hip, and knee joints. Includes a self care goody bag and a light weight blanket to use during the session.
XL VIP Gravity Chair - These are reclining loungers similar to the regular VIP Gravity Chairs with slighly larger dimensions and a slightly deeper recline. These can better accommodate persons of greater height. They also allow you to lay back and relax while balancing your body weight to relieve pressure on your back, hip, and knee joints. Includes a self care goody bag and a light weight blanket to use during the session.
BYO Yoga Mat - Bring your own yoga mat and desired comfort items from home. We will have floor space set aside for you to lay your mat and set up a cozy space. Please have care for your body and bring support pillows to cushion common locations like head/neck, knees, back/lumbar. Includes a self care goody bag. Floor location will be First Come, First Pick.
Theater Seat - We're excited to offer this type of seating in this new location! Please be aware that this is more of an upright seat in a row with little space between your neighbors. You are welcome to bring comfort items that won't intrude on neighboring spaces such as an airplane type neck support pillow and a blanket. Seating will be offered in First Come, First Pick starting in Row 1, skipping Row 2, and continuing in Row 3 as needed. This allows us to have space to walk behind you and provide individual experience of sound and vibration effects. Theater seating does not include a self care goody bag, however you can add one on in the checkout process.
Self Care Goody Bag - Each month the self care goody bag contains an eye mask, a small take home dropper bottle of that month's bespoke essential oil scent blend, an individually sealed premium dark chocolate, and that month's collectible charm meant for collected display in a floating locket.
** Not recommended for persons who are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy, or those with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices. **
Ages 12 and up with parental chaperone.
Please be kind and arrive on time.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior and be locked at the appointed start time.
Sound Meditation Liability Waiver
By registering for this event, I accept all of the terms of the following Liability Waiver.
I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a sound meditation session facilitated by Cinsy Dinges of Harmonic Glowing, LLC.
I understand that sound meditation involves the use of sound frequencies, vibrations, and various instruments for purposes of relaxation.
I understand that the facilitator is not a licensed healthcare professional and that the sound meditation session is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to seek appropriate medical or psychological care if needed.
I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the sound meditation session.
I do not have a pacemaker.I am not pregnant in the first trimester.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the facilitator of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect my participation.
I understand that the facilitator will provide guidance and support during the session, but ultimately, I am responsible for my own experience and well-being.
I agree to listen to my body and communicate any discomfort or concerns to the facilitator during the session.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Cinsy Dinges, Harmonic Glowing, the event venue or host, their employees, volunteers, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in the sound meditation session.
I understand and acknowledge that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
