Inclusive movement options will be offered so you can explore strength, mobility, and ease in a way that feels safe and supportive for your unique body, whether seated or standing. No previous yoga experience is needed—come exactly as you are.
Each week will include guided breathwork and meditation to help settle the nervous system, release stress, and cultivate a sense of inner calm you can carry into everyday life.
Every class closes with tea— a time for relaxed connection, giving space to share, unwind, and deepen friendships within the group.
