The pictures are professional, the home is listed on the MLS, you agonized over the remarks already, what else can you do!?
You can pitch your listing at Kira and Kara’s Pitch Party on Monday March 23rd from 1pm – 2:30pm!!!
Come give a quick presentation (1-5 minutes) of your listing and collect marketing feedback from your peer real estate agents in attendance! This can give you more ideas on ways to market, quick fixes to your listing’s online presence, new insights into what is going on in the market, and most importantly something to talk to your sellers about!
This is a kind, FUN, and relaxed experience. YOU get to choose how spicy your feedback is, because let’s be honest, not everyone can handle chili level spicy feedback. Some of us want a sweet sugar coating ESPECIALLY if the plan is to show the feedback forms to the sellers.
Even if you don’t have a listing on party day, you can still come and provide your feedback! I’m certain you will learn a lot from your fellow agents about marketing your future properties, things you have never even thought of before.
